I just wanted to pop in and wish all the moms out there a very happy Mother’s Day! It’s also important to remember those who are longing to become a mom as well as those whose mom are no longer with them. Easter Weekend 2015
Anyone else been busy picking up every last strand of easter grass and the foil from those little chocolate covered eggs. Whoever created these things obviously doesn’t have children. Or they hate parents everywhere. We started off our easter festivities earlier in the week with an egg hunt at a local park. We were also supposed to do a flashlight egg hunt but it got rained out. We tried a new tie-dye egg kit this year and they turned out so cute. Valentine’s Day Weekend Recap
Our weekend is just now coming to an end thanks to President’s Day. Although I’m sad to see the weekend go, I’m glad tomorrow’s already Tuesday which means a short week at work. We had a super low key Valentine’s day starting with lunch at the hibachi grill. Jack kept pushing his plate towards the grill for more food and I’m pretty sure the chef wondered if I ever feed my child. J and I don’t do big gifts for Valentine’s Day but he did give me 2 dozen roses and white chocolate covered strawberries. Christmas Recap: Part 2 {Christmas Day}
I realize it’s almost February but this post has been in my drafts since well, Christmas, and it’s now or never. There’s nothing quite like waking up on Christmas morning. Jack slept in (of course) and we managed to hold Ben off until 8am to open presents. The pure excitement on Ben’s face is priceless! Jack was at such a fun age this year.
