25 Elf on the Shelf Ideas for the Lazy Parent

I don’t know about you, but I have a love/hate relationship with our Elf on the Shelf. I love him because my kids love him so much and I hate him because he can be A LOT of work. There have been so many times I’ve gone to bed only to wake up in a panic because I didn’t move the darn thing. And as much as I love Pinterest, if you search Elf on the Shelf, you’ll likely see hundreds of examples that require way more work than I’m willing to put in. But have no fear! Mother’s Day

This year was my last Mother’s Day as a mom to one and next year I’ll have two little boys to celebrate with. We went out to lunch with my family and I didn’t take a single photo. Fail. After making a quick stop at home where I received some thoughtful cards and beautiful flowers from J and Ben, we headed to J’s parent’s house where Ben got to try out their new trampoline. And by Ben I mean Ben and J. A trampoline is fun whether you’re 4 or 31. After visiting with J’s parents we headed over to his aunt’s house for dinner. The whether was perfect and…
