Earlier this week I wrote a little bit about my father in law. He passed away on Saturday night from stage 4 colon cancer. It was less than 3 weeks from when he was first diagnosed to when he passed. If that doesn’t make you appreciate time, life, and your family I don’t know what will.
Please say a prayer or a few this week especially for my husband and his family as we remember and celebrate the life of a great man.

So sorry for your loss. Colon cancer is an evil monster. My dad also died from colon cancer 11 years ago…less than 60 days after diagnosis so I have a little inkling of what you are all feeling. Hoping your memories hold you all close.
