One.
Tomorrow I’m participating in a fundraiser for the Special Olympics called the Polar Plunge. If you couldn’t guess from the name, I’ll be jumping in a frozen lake (and going all the way under) with several of my co-workers and hundreds of other people who are risking frostbite in order to raise money for Special Olympic athletes. I can only hope to be this happy on the frozen lake.
Two.
I got this adorable sweater for Christmas from my sister after she read about how much I wanted one on the blog. Of course J hates it but not just this particular sweater. He hates any outfit that has any kind of print on it what so ever. Good thing I wear what I want:) Anyone else’s husband like this?
Three.
I finally got around to making some clothing dividers for Jack’s closet. J cut the rings out using his 3D Printer and I traced the circles on scrapbook paper, glued the paper on the rings, and then used stickers to mark the sizes. Stickers are a nice alternative to using a marker that way as Jack grows out of a size I can just peel the stickers off instead of re-doing the whole thing.
Four.
I ordered a bunch of new clothes for the boys from GAP last week. They had a huge sale online and I was able to get 3 onesies, 2 pairs of jeans, and 4 shirts all for under $60.
Five.
Now that the boys are set with some new clothes I desperately need to do some shopping for myself. Nothing extravagant, just some new basics and maybe a few other pieces I can wear on the weekends. I love this outfit and it would be easy to re-create.
Happy Weekend! Stay safe and warm!
