This weekend was pretty close to perfect. Saturday took it’s time and for once didn’t seem to fly by although the same can’t be said for Sunday. The sunset on Friday night was perfection. Everyone survive the time change? The boys actually stayed the night with my MIL last night so I dodged that bullet, but I’m sure they’ll be up bright and early tomorrow morning for me as well. We’ve had so much going on that I still need to blog about and hopefully things will slow down a little before the rush of the holidays begin. I’m finishing up this post while I wait for the season premiere of The Walking Dead and I can hardly contain my excitement. I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited/nervous for the premiere of a show ever.  [Edited to add: So intense.] Besides anxiously awaiting TWD, our weekend was filled with a parade, a visit to the pumpkin patch, and the usual cleaning plus a little organization. Sorry for the silence this week. I was out of town for my work’s annual conference which kept me busy busy. This weekend was one of those really good weekends. My husband and I both looked at the clock on Saturday night and couldn’t believe the day had gone by so fast and Sunday wasn’t any different. After being out of town most of last week I was glad we didn’t have anything on the calendar and could spend time together at home.
