Jack: 6 Month Update
Oh Jack. How are you already half a year old? I both love it and hate it at the same time. I love all the new things you are doing and all your “first” moments. But I’m also a little sad as you change so much each month and become more independent. You’ll notice a lot of your pictures this month have one thing in common. You sitting. Rubber Ducky Bath
My friend Jamie got me this duck bath tub at one of my baby showers and after another night of Jack splashing half the water out of his little blue baby tub, I knew it was time to bust out the duck. I was a little sad to put the baby tub away but he though the duck was the best! Such a big guy.

Sparkles the Elf
Our Elf on the Shelf was a little late to the game this year. Thank goodness Santa knew just how impatient a certain 4 year old was getting and the Elf magically appeared last night while Ben was taking a bath. Sparkles made his first visit to our house last year so this year Ben knew just what to expect from him. Last year Sparkle brought some Christmas pjs but the entire mall North Pole was out. I tried to think of a funny, witty, or at least not lame title of this post for the last 5 minutes. Obviously I failed. But…look who’s eating carrots and loving them! Are you wondering why Jack’s eyes and eyebrows are so red? He was crying because I wasn’t shoveling the carrots in his mouth fast enough.
