    Butterfinger Pie

    Candy. In a pie. Need I say more. What You Need: -12 mini butter finger bars  -8oz package cream cheese -12oz container of Cool Whip -Premade Graham Cracker Crust (you could make your own but who has time for that) What to Do: 1. Combine Cool Whip and cream cheese in a bowl. Make sure your cream cheese is softened or you’ll end up with lumps. 2.Crush the Butterfingers and set 1/2 cup aside.     A House and a Home

    This is our old house.  It was where we brought our baby home from the hospital. And where he learned to crawl, walk, and talk. It’s where J and I became a family of three. We celebrated 3 Christmas’ in this house. We raced remote control cars in the driveway and drew animals on the sidewalk with chalk. It’s where J and I got engaged. I cooked hundreds of meals in this house and we had lots of family dinners. We even had a few picnics in the living room. This house kept was warm during the 23+ inches of snow we got one Winter.     Hey, It’s Okay…

    -That this is only my second post this week. And tomorrow is Monday. -That I’m not really into the Olympics.     Loaded Baked Potato Dip

    This is the easiest dish ever and who doesn’t love a good dip! I made this for a work carry in and the bowl was scraped clean. I would recommend doubling this if you are making it for a larger group. What You Need: – 16 oz container sour cream -2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -16 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (I used a bottle of Hormel’s Real Bacon Crumbles) -A handful of thinly sliced chives.
