Last Thursday and Friday we got 10+ inches of snow. Just as the snow started to melt and the roads were cleared, another snow storm hit Tuesday and it’s still snowing some today. Rather than sulk about all that snow, we decided to play in it:) The First Snow The 2nd round of snow Happy Snow Days!

Ben’s 4th Birthday
On Ben’s actual birthday, I took off work early and we took him to lunch and a local play place. After playing we headed to Orange Leaf and then home to open his presents from J and I. Still can’t believe our little man is 4 years old!

Spiderman 4th Birthday Party
Ben turned four on January 29th and we celebrated the weekend before with a Spiderman party. Ben’s uncle and cousin Even with a playroom full of toys, balloons were still the most fun to play with. With each gift that Ben unwrapped, the kids moved closer and closer to him. It’s hard to watch someone else unwrap all those presents:) Excited for everyone to sing happy birthday and blow out his candles. And then getting a little embarrassed. Ben and his great grandma Gigi. J’s mom. My parents. By then, Spiderman just had to change into his costume.

A Mustache Themed Baby Shower
A few weekends ago I attended a baby shower for my friend Melissa. We’ve been friends since middle school so it’s neat to celebrate all the big things in life together now. Her shower was an mustache theme and it turned out so cute! It was great seeing old friends from high school and getting to play around with hairy mustaches:) Sorry the pics are such low quality, the lightening in the room wasn’t the greatest. Life Lately
We’ve had a lot going on since the beginning of the New Year. Here’s a little recap. I had dinner at a friend’s house with work gals and got to love on this little cutie. I made some Chicken Chili, perfect for the cold weather. We also enjoyed a few nice days and Ben got to take his Christmas present out for a ride. I had dinner with these ladies and laughed more than I have in a really long time. We’ve been sporting lots of mustaches lately with a mustache themed baby shower and a birthday party. Last year, 3 boys in Ben’s class all had the same Valentines…
