I don’t know what I expected Virginia to be like but I have to say it exceded my expectations. The weather, history, and abundance of colorful buildings made my 3 day work trip all the better. I was most excited about saying goodbye to the rain and cold back home in exchange for sun and 80 degree temps.

A Work Retreat
New job, new co-workers, a new approach to work retreats 🙂 There was dinner, games, a whole lot of laughing, and even a pretty sweet limo.

Trust in the Lord
For He is good. Wondering where I have been and why the lack of posting? Well that’s because I started a new job!!!! I didn’t want to post anything until it was official and with the first full week under my belt, I’d say it’s more than official:) My official title is Behavior Analyst and I’m doing pretty much the same thing that I did at my old job, but with a lot more freedom to be creative and create programs, groups, etc. Not to mention I’m re-united with a co-worker from my old job. You might know her. I’m really really going to miss my old co-workers especially the best…

Art for Autism
A few weeks ago my work hosted an Art for Autism event. Our clients and their siblings created all different kinds of art which was then showcased in a local gallery. The best part of the whole thing? I got to spend time with some old-coworkers and enjoy a delicious dinner. What a fun night with great friends!
