$10 DIY Spooky Halloween Mantel

I don’t know if it’s quarantine and Covid or if I’ve just fully embraced the holiday, but this is the first year I’ve decorated for Halloween. We’ve always had pumpkins and the occasional fake spider, but this year I felt inspired to go spooky and even embrace skeletons to create this super easy mantel. And the best part is, it doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg 🙂

    Pumpkin Patch 2018

With snow on the ground and temperatures in the teens, it’s seems like now’s a good time to recap our trip to the pumpkin patch just a few weeks ago. It’s so crazy how quick the weather can change. This year at the pumpkin patch was one of my favorites. We went with my brother-in-law and his daughter and we couldn’t have picked a better day. It was warm, sunny, and there were lots of baby goats frolicking around.

5 Fall Inspiration Outfits from Pinterest

We all know that Pinterest can make you feel like your home, hair, and cooking aren’t quite up to par. But it can also be a great source of inspiration when you’re looking for ideas or feel stuck in a rut. One of my favorite things to do on Pinterest is browse through the fashion pins and get ideas for my own wardrobe. There’s often times when I have similar pieces to everything in a photo, but I would have never thought to style them together. Now that I’m finally breaking out the cardigans, booties, and blanket scarves I’m sharing my 5 favorite fall inspired outfits that I hope to recreate this…
