    S’mores on a Stick

     Lacey recently posted her recipe for S’more Pops and I immediately pinned them to make for a co-workers upcoming baby shower. What You Need: -1 bag jumbo marshmallows -1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips or almond bark  -1 package lollipop sticks (I found these at Walmart in the craft/wedding section) -2 packages of Graham crackers What to Do: 1. Place the stick in the middle of the marshmallow and dip the marshmallow in the melted chocolate.  2. Crush the graham crackers using a food processor or in a ziploc bag.  3.     Oreo Crumb Cake

    I needed a quick and easy desert to take to J’s parent’s house for dinner and found this yummy one Pinterest.  What You Need: -1 pkg of regular Oreos-1/2 c. of butter-1 large box of instant chocolate pudding-2-8 oz cool whips-8 oz. of cream cheese, softened-1 c. powdered sugar What to Do:1. Crush the package of Oreos with either a food processor or in a Ziploc bag. Save 1/2 c. to sprinkle on top of dessert when it’s done.  2. Pour the crumbs into a 9×13 inch pan.     Gooey Butter Cake

    This past weekend I attempted to make Gooey Butter Cake. After scouring numerous recipes I settled on one and it happened to be delicious!  What You’ll Need: 1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 8 oz cream cheese 2 eggs  1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups powdered sugar What to Do: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix cake mix, melted butter or margarine, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 eggs with a spoon. Pat into a 9×13 inch greased pan. Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla with an electric mixer. Slowly beat in powdered sugar. Pour over cake layer. Bake for…
