No Fire Needed S’mores

I love S’mores but there’s nothing more disappointing then getting your graham cracker and chocolate all ready only to find your marshmallow has burst into flames and turned charcoal black. If that’s happened to you one too many times or you’re craving a S’more in the dead of Winter, I’ve got a recipe just for you!
What You Need:
-1 box of graham crackers
-4 ounces of milk chocolate chips
-1/4 cup marshmallow fluff

What To Do:
1. Break the graham crackers into single rectangles. You can make as many as you want, just make sure you have an even number.
2. Spread a layer of marshmallow fluff on half of the rectangles.
3. Top the fluff side with the other half of the rectangles.
4. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips stirring until smooth. I’ve found that melting the chocolate in the microwave for short increments and stirring in between keeps it soft and velvety.
5. Dip one side of the graham cracker sandwich into the chocolate and shake of any excess.
6. Place the S’mores on a cookie rack or cooling rack and stick in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
These are best if you eat them within a few minutes of taking them out of the fridge. I don’t recommend eating these the next day as the graham cracker starts to become soggy.
