I’m not going to lie. I had my doubts about an onion dip. I don’t particularly love onions, but so many people raved about similar dips that I had to give it a try. Guys, this cheesy hot onion dip is good. It’s also something different that you can to the next party or potluck and I promise, it will be demolished.
What You Need:
-12 oz softened cream cheese (1 1/2 blocks)
-1/2 cup sweet onion
-1/4 cup mayo
-1 cup Parmesan cheese
-dash of garlic powder
What To Do:
1. Chop onion into tiny pieces. I did mine pretty tiny so no one would bite into a huge chunk of onion
2. Combine cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl and mix until smooth
3. Add the onion and stir
4. Place mixture into an 8 inch round pan or 9×9 pan
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until the top is brown (You definitely want the crunchy brown crust-it’s the best part!)
