Weekend Recap
Happy Monday and first day of fall! Fall is the gateway to the best time of year. Our weekend started great, got a little rocky, but we still managed to end on a pretty good note. Friday night Ben had a T-ball game and then his cousin spent the night with us. The kids woke up early on Saturday morning ready to do all the activities I had foolishly told them about ahead of time. Next time I’m telling them 30 seconds before we do something. One of my favorite things we did was make edible play-doh using peanut butter, honey, and powdered sugar. Jack played with it for about…

Weekend Recap
This weekend was a pretty typical one. We went grocery shopping, caught up on laundry, went to church, and the boys got out every single toy we own. Jack also pooped 4 times in the span of half an hour on Sunday morning. So that was fun. There was bounce houses, face painting, snow cones, cotton candy, horse rides, and lots of games. The school also had dinner catered in for all the families and staff. I’m so happy we made the switch to this school. The environment is better, the teachers are better, and the amount of things they do with the children is awesome. Jack wasn’t quite sure what to think about cotton candy. Despite how sweet it tasted, he definitely…

Weekend Recap
How was your weekend? We spent the weekend out of town celebrating both of my nieces’ birthdays. How cute are they!? We packed up the car and made the drive to St. Louis but not before Jack made sure to grab his new friends. Our hotel wasn’t quite ready when we got in town so we headed over to the mall where there happened to be a Nintendo tour going on. They had DS stations set up for kids to play and a Mario Cart competition for the older kids. The best $8 ever spent. The hotel called shortly after we got to the mall to let us know our…
