I adapted this recipe to create the perfect soup for when the weather’s a little brisk or a storm is rolling in.     My husband loves a good cuban sandwich which I usually pass on because of the sauerkraut. Turns out I’ve been confusing cuban and rueben sandwiches almost my entire life. Duh.
