I know I complained about how February dragged on but March needs to slow the heck down. I can’t believe the month is almost half over already. One. Monday and Tuesday were gorgeous with temps in the 80’s. After making the kids stay inside Monday night (still getting over this cough) I toughed it out on Tuesday to enjoy the beautiful weather. Ben ate Orange Leaf and played soccer outside while Jack and I relaxed on a blanket and watched him play. And in true Missouri fashion, it snowed yesterday morning. Two. Natalie over at Designer Bags and Dirty Diapers posted this adorable bathing suit. I don’t know that I would…

5 on Friday
Happy first 5 on Friday in March! One. I can’t believe Daylight Savings is this weekend. Don’t get me wrong, I love the extra daylight, but when you have kids time change can be the devil. Obviously whoever had this brilliant idea wasn’t a parent. Two. When Greek yogurt first became really popular several years ago I never jumped on the bandwagon. 5 on Friday
Let’s do this! One. The great thing about going to the gym regularly is that you actually start to miss it when you aren’t able to go a day. I love these 4 simple rules. Two. Lucky’s Market opened recently and I went for the first time last week. They have natural, organic, and locally grown fruits, vegetables, and meats, along with all the other typical grocery store items. They reminded me of Whole Foods, but without the super high price tag. I got all the food below including steaks AND ribs for $21.00! There are only 5 Lucky’s throughout the US, but it looks like they have several opening…

5 on Friday + Weekend Recap
On a Monday. But better late than never, right? One. Our niece spent the night on Friday and Ben and her helped give Jack a bath. He was loving all the attention and Kylee and Ben thought they were so big. Two. This little guy turned 8 months old. I know I’m biased but could you not just eat him up? Three. We’re doing a thing at work called Secret Someone. We each drew a name and the goal is to send the person little things that let them know they’re special. It doesn’t have to cost $ and could even be a little handwritten note. I found this on…

5 on Friday: Valentine’s Edition
Happy Valentine’s Day! This 5 on Friday is all about L-O-V-E. One. The fabulous hosts of this link up requested everyone to dedicate their first picture on this week’s 5 to Teddy using the hashtag ” #TeamTeddy.” Teddy is an ADORABLE 7 month old boy who was diagnosed with Menke’s Syndrome which is also known as “kinky hair syndrome.” It’s a rare and fatal genetic disease that affects 1 in 450,000 children in the US. To learn more about it click here. As a mom to a 7 month old, Teddy’s story hit pretty close to home and I can’t imagine what this family must be going through. So today Jack’s giving a…
