Happy Thanksgiving week! Unlike some weekends, this one didn’t seem to fly by which is always nice. It probably helps that I also took Friday off which made the weekend extra long.

And the good luck continued when the shoes I’d been eyeing went on major sale. The Juvenate seems to be pretty popular and it was either sold out or full price at most stores.
I finished a little Christmas DIY that had been on my Pinterest board for years. Here’s a sneak peak before I added the branches and bows. I love the pop of bright red color.
On Sunday we met up with my sister and her family for the holiday parade downtown. A certain 8 year old had to stay home with dad due to a bad attitude so it was just Jack and I.

After the parade we grabbed dinner at a brewery and then went home to prepare for the week ahead. How was your weekend?
