Well it only took me two years, but I finally used my KitchenAid Ice Cream Maker. I don’t know why I was so intimated by it. If I would have known how easy it was to use, I would have made ice cream a long time ago. Speaking of easy, this recipe couldn’t be more simple and you’ll be shocked by the quality and taste of the ice cream. Everyone in my house agreed it was way better than any strawberry ice cream you can buy at the store.

3 Ingredient Chocolate Pastries
I’m not sure what attracted me to this recipe the most. Chocolate? Pastry? Three ingredients? Yes, yes, and yes! These pastries taste like something you’d find at a bakery but no one would ever know they only require three ingredients and less than 5 minutes to assemble.

Reese’s Cup Pie
Peanut butter. Oreo. Reese’s cups. Need I say more? I’ve made this twice in the last month and each time I’ve caught my husband standing in the kitchen licking the mixing bowl clean. It’s that good. And because I don’t do complicated, it’s another easy recipe and you most likely already have all of the ingredients. Unless you’re like our family and eat all the candy. In that case you may have to buy more Reese’s cups. And don’t eat them all at once. What You’ll Need: -Premade Oreo crust -1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened -1 cup creamy peanut butter -1 cup powdered sugar -1/4 cup milk -1 container…

Triple Berry Popsicles
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve heard me talk about Kathryn from Do It On a Dime several times. I’m obsessed. Kathryn raved about The Dollar Tree’s popsicle molds and since my boys can go through an entire box of popsicles in one sitting I thought I’d try them out along with a new recipe. These Triple Berry Popsicles are not only delicious and COLORFUL, but the molds are awesome especially for a $1. The best part is they have a straw built into the base so as the popsicle starts to melt you can drink the juice. Genius! What You’ll Need: -Popsicle Molds -1 quart Blackberries, washed -1/2 cup Raspberry…
