October 2nd marked the beginning of the last 90 days of 2017. How crazy is that?!? Like a lot of you, I vowed to start the year strong and even created a list of resolutions. And while I’m not doing too bad on completing them, I didn’t want to end the year crawling my way into 2018.
If you’re not following Rachel Hollis on Instagram or reading her blog then you’re seriously missing out. When I heard about her Last 90 Days Challenge, I knew it was meant to be. The point of the challenge is to finish 2017 just as strong as you started it and complete the 5 to Thrive list every single day.
What’s 5 to Thrive?
1. Get up an hour earlier than you normally would
2. Workout at least 30 minutes
3. Drink half your body weight in ounces
4. Give up one food category
5. Write down 10 things you are grateful for
Today marks Day 4 and while I haven’t been perfect these last 4 days, I’m definitely making improvements. The best part of this challenge is you have a big ole tribe of people who are also doing it with you who offer support and encouragement. I plan to update my progress here on the blog as well as on Instagram so make sure you follow me there.
