Friday morning Jack woke up with a fever and said his ear hurt. I immediately scheduled him an appointment at the sick clinic where the doctor confirmed he had an ear infection. He started on some antibiotics and I’m just so thankful he’s at the age where he can tell us when something hurts.

Friday night started with Mexican food, margaritas, and a face mask. I tried the Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Mud Mask and it’s one of my favorite charcoal masks. It dries quickly, rinses off easily, and leaves your skin feeling really smooth. I picked mine up at Target.

It’s been way too long since I’ve done a weekend recap. We had absolutely zero plans this weekend which was perfect since we ended up getting freezing rain and ice. Friday night I found my favorite book by one of my favorite people at Target. Happy Thanksgiving week! Unlike some weekends, this one didn’t seem to fly by which is always nice. It probably helps that I also took Friday off which made the weekend extra long.
