Granny Betty’s Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Before making this recipe for chicken salad sandwich, I would never ever eat them. Something about canned chicken, that smelled like tuna…I just couldn’t. But this chicken salad sandwich is quite possible one of my top 5 favorite foods. It’s that good. This recipe comes from my best friend’s granny whose name was, you guessed it, Betty. Well, I also happened to make my own version of another one of her recipes, an apple tart. I added and omitted some ingredients to make them my own and since J ate an entire tart by himself, I would say they turned out pretty well. What You Meed: -1 package of puff pastry -3 large Granny Smith apples -1 cup…

Crispy Fried Onion Straws
There is a restaurant in our town that makes the most delicious onion rings. They are thin, crispy, and highly addicting.
