New job, new co-workers, a new approach to work retreats 🙂 There was dinner, games, a whole lot of laughing, and even a pretty sweet limo.

A Peter Pan Halloween
Halloween started with a party at Ben’s preschool. All of his little friends were adorable. After the school party it was off to J’s parent’s house. Ben’s cousins also came over and it was nothing short of amazing that we were able to capture a picture where everybody was looking. Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, and J’s brother. I love my niece’s face. She looks slightly frightened that Ben’s going to whack her with the sword. Only in small town do police stop and give out candy. One last flight of the evening.

Wondering where I’ve been? Well here’s a little hint… We had so much fun at Disney and it was magical to see Ben experience it for the first time. I’ll be back to update more about our trip soon!

Boo At The Zoo
Every year the St. Louis Zoo transforms into pumpkins and all things Halloween for Boo at the Zoo. If your zoo does something like this, you definitely have to check it out!

Fall Fun Fest
Every year the elementary school I went to when I was little has their fall festival fundraiser. They have dinner, games, face painting, you name it. Last year Ben was still a little too young to do a lot of the games himself, but this year he was all about it. (2011) Dinner before all the fun. It had rained all day and it was pretty cold so the school also had activities inside. Stacking apples. Playing and winning the cake walk! Ben’s favorite part of the night was getting his hair spray painted! And of course we couldn’t leave without once last jump in the bounce house.
