Friday night started with Mexican food, margaritas, and a face mask. I tried the Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Mud Mask and it’s one of my favorite charcoal masks. It dries quickly, rinses off easily, and leaves your skin feeling really smooth. I picked mine up at Target.

Valentine’s Day Weekend 2018
Happy Tuesday which feels like a Monday since I had yesterday off for President’s Day. Before I recap our long weekend, let’s back up to Valentine’s day. We don’t go super crazy with the boys’ Valentines, just a little candy and a small toy. J got me two dozen roses from our local grocery store. They looked waaay better than the more expensive ones he bought last year from a big name florist.

Weekend Recap
It’s been way too long since I’ve done a weekend recap. We had absolutely zero plans this weekend which was perfect since we ended up getting freezing rain and ice. Friday night I found my favorite book by one of my favorite people at Target. Weekending
Happy Thanksgiving week! Unlike some weekends, this one didn’t seem to fly by which is always nice. It probably helps that I also took Friday off which made the weekend extra long.

How is there only one weekend left in October? This month has flown by and this weekend was no exception. On Friday night J and I went to a gala for my work where almost $400,000 was raised for autism research and services.
