I love a good lasagna, but I don’t love how time consuming they can be to make. This “lasagna” resembles the popular pasta dish but takes a fraction of the time to assemble and cook. You can also add whatever ingredients you want or have on hand.
What You Need:
-1 25oz bag frozen cheese ravioli
-1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
-1/2 lb ground beef (You could also use sausage)
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
What To Do:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. In a large pot, boil water then add the ravioli. Cook until al dente. It will continue to cook some in the oven.
2. Drain ravioli and set aside.
3. In a 9×9 inch pan, place a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
4. Top with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
4. Place the ravioli on top of the cheese in a single layer.
5. Repeat the process. On the final layer sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
6. Bake at 350F degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
