As it’s name suggests, this dip is well… creamy. And it has just the right amount of kick. There are LOTS of recipes out there for jalapeño dips, so I combined a few different ones to make this cheesy creamy goodness.
What You Need:
-4 oz jar of diced jalapeños
-2 tbsp jalapeño juice from the jar
-8 oz softened cream cheese
-1 cup sour cream
-1 1/2 c shredded colby jack or cheddar
-3/4 cup parmesan cheese
For the Topping:
-1/8 cup parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
-2 tbsp butter
What To Do:
Preheat oven to 400F
1. Place peppers, cream cheese, and sour cream in a large bowl and mix well.
2. To the mixture add the parmesan cheese, shredded cheese, and pepper juice.
3. Once all ingredients are combined, place in a 9 inch round or 8×8 inch pan and set aside.
4. In a smaller bowl combine bread crumbs, butter, and parmesan cheese.
5. Spread the topping over the cheese mixture. Go lightly and don’t feel like you need to use it all. I had a lot left over.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and heated through.
