Friday, Friday + A Vlog

Well we finally made it to Friday! I’ve got something really exciting to share so let’s jump right in.

I made my first ever Vlog! I take you along with me for the weekend and I may or may not have traumatized my kid for life by doing a face mask. You can watch the vlog below or over on my YouTube Channel. And if you all want to click over there and hit the subscribe button I would so appreciate it!

I presented at a conference last week and about an hour and a half before my session I had issues with both my mac and powerpoint. I grabbed every computer we had available and thankfully everything ended up working out, but I had to laugh at this view in my hotel room.

What is it about sidewalk chalk that instantly transforms an adult into a child again? I’m sure going to miss the seventy degree weather especially since there is snow in the forecast for Saturday.

I’m finally putting the finishing touches on our sofa table in the formal living and I am in LOVE with this arrangement. I was on the search for a blue jar and found this one at a local antique mall and the cotton stems are from Hobby Lobby.

This slow cooker recipe for Teriyaki Chicken has been pinned on my board for longer than I’d like to admit. I figured now was as good as time as any to try it out and it wasn’t too bad. Jack and I liked it, but the husband and Ben weren’t a fan. Do any of you have a recipe for this that you absolutely love?
